The building is based on the original proportion of the building in the vacant space, while trying to effectively use the space by placing 3 apartments, 1 studio, 2 garages, facilities adjacent to the operation and vertical communication of the house. The layout of the apartment on the first floor also provides the possibility of additional division into 2 separate tenement units. Each apartment has a connection to the exterior, either terraces or balconies situated in the garden on the south side. The facade of the building adapts to the scale of the village context and thus sensitively fits into the space of the village square with which it is closely connected.
The garden is spatially divided so that the lower part is adjacent to the apartment on the 1st floor, the middle part is adjacent to the other apartments and the upper part of the land could be used exclusively by the landlord. All three parts are also connected by an access road, which can be used as temporary parking for residents of the house
