The concept of rebuilding the setting is based on transforming/enhancing the apparent "defect" of the existing building - its disparate, organic irregularity and spatial aesthetic disunity into harmonious diversity. The original volume is reduced by a part of the courtyard extension and the counter roof of the courtyard two-storey building, in order to replace them with a gable roof with a slight slope and in the courtyard with a polygonal ground-floor addition. The original sharp angle, clearly visible in the exterior and interior and its effect on the quality of the garden and interior spaces, is mitigated / neutralized in the utilitarian spaces of the corners of the newly designed kitchen and bathroom in the main living space. It is fully recognized only within the framework of the newly created upper terrace connected to the covered walkway, which is a means of achieving a comfortable connection between the covered terrace of the garden house, at the same time also an aesthetically unifying element, with the use of simple metal projecting structures, provided with white powder paint in combination with white mesh . This motif of metal structures is prescribed throughout the entire space of the house from the exterior to the interior (bike cage in the place of the covered parking space, covered walkway, external railing of the terrace, construction of the staircase railing)
