The layout of the recreational facility in its current form does not meet the family's requirements for recreation and the layout of the rooms rather causes the facility not to be used. From that point of view, the modernization of both the existing building and the heating technology is being considered, together with the solution of additional insulation of the perimeter shell and protection against soil moisture. Due to the fact that the object is located in the protected landscape area of Žďárské vrchy, the object retains its shape, while the construction modifications of the exterior mainly concern the insulation of the perimeter walls, the roof sheathing, the removal of one of the 2 original chimney bodies and the creation of a new chimney body for gas fuel. A substantial part of the reconstruction concerns the interior, where we are thinking about removing load-bearing partitions and replacing them with new partitions.
