The concept of rebuilding the former transformer station into a mixed-function building - housing and offices is based, concerning volume, on the original morphology, in relation to material and detail is solution freely inspired by the poetic position of the building, surrounded by greenery and its movement in the wind. Internal vistas responding to the outer views and the incorporation of curtains allows transverse ventilation that makes it possible to feel the wind lightness of the place even indoors.
On the ground floor there is an open garage space, on the first floor there is a rentable office with a kitchen and a meeting room, and finally on the second floor there are two one bedroom flats.
