The design concept works with a contrast between the distinctly typologically determined, functional character of the operating center of Povodí Vltavy company and the natural, organic nature of the subject of this company’s activity - water in its various forms within the Czech landscape. Rationality is manifested in the layout, operation and simplicity of the object’s construction. The subordinate component of the organic motif of water is prescribed to the form of the building by abstracted inputs on multiple levels – in the solution of the concept of green roofs with a variable height of the substrate, in the interior equipment and interior greenery, and in the slightly artistic form of the facade at the point of visual transition between the object and the sky, etc
