The proposal, aimed at the reconstruction of the municipal building, represents a fundamental intervention in the public space and initiates the process of urban reimagination. The project focuses on revitalizing this area and improving mobility. The main entry area of the building, which has been separated by the hedge until now, will be transformed into a dignified public square of the village. In addition, the project includes the creation of a large park, which includes a football green, children's playground, meadow, new trees and a building that serves as a maintenance warehouse. The building becomes the central hearth of the village, where all important functions are concentrated. The overall architectural concept tries to respect the historically valuable layers of the existing building but does not mask modern interventions. Civil functions are located on the first floor, including a multi-functional hall, a clubhouse and an inn, with the possibility of connecting or closing them according to current needs. The premises of the municipal office are located on the second floor. This solution allows layout compactness but at the same time ensures a great degree of flexibility of the spatial arrangement.
