The concept of layout and interior design is based on the context of the location of the apartment as a transition between the village, garden and open fields on the outskirts of the city. The owner of the apartment is a nature lover, whose great hobby is gardening and houseplants. An important aspect of the interior was also the artifact of hand-woven tapestry after the owner's grandmother. The interior is dominated by custom-made furniture and a combination of shades and structures of wood.
The original layout was created during the construction of the self-made annex in the second half of the twentieth century. The lifting of the roof enabled a multi-level solution of the new space with a gallery and the adjustment of the layout so as to meet the current requirements of the owner and fulfill lifelong dream of living in an attic-like space.
