The assignment was a complete design of an atypical interior of an attic apartment. A key factor was the low soffit height on most of the floor plan. A combination of white laminate and verticalizing oak elements was chosen for the furniture design to give the interior a sense of ventilation and to optically correct the low headroom, complemented by an oval dining table and a rounded relaxation corner as an emphasis on the core of the apartment - the main living space of the dining room and kitchen.
