The concept of the proposal is to create an uplifting place of life and rest not only for its inhabitants - seniors, but also their visits, family members, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and responding to the spa context of the area. We utilize the motif of the current covered minimalist colonnade - an element with a connecting, accessibility and also residential function to create inspiring, barrier-free living areas of the courtyard and garden in all weathers and seasons. Individual buildings / stages - street and garden are designed spatially and operationally in accordance with the standard of senior housing in the 21st century so that even seniors with different levels of restraint/handicaps, which may worsen over time, can live happily in the house while aging without major obstacles. Urbanistically, materially and formally, the objects complement the morphology of the village and work with the emerging detail of the arch motif in a decent way. The proposal aims at a reasonable compromise between affordable costs and the creation of housing that everyone deserves in later period of life.
