Cooperation begins with a thorough conversation and specification of your brief. We arrange an initial meeting at our studio or directly at the project site. The introductory meeting serves to clarify the brief, the scope of cooperation, and the next steps. Based on the initial information, we agree on the scope of work together and prepare a cost estimate.
We design new builds, renovations, and interiors. We manage the entire process from surveying the existing state and architectural study through project documentation for building permits to detailed design and author supervision. At the core of our cooperation are always your ideas and our individual approach. We help clients precisely define their brief and translate it into design and realization. We take pride in refining designs down to the technical detail and coordinating the entire construction process.
Already at the concept stage, we keep in mind that the result will be a real building – functional, safe, and sustainable in the long term. We collaborate with structural engineers, building engineers, and other professionals, coordinating their work throughout both the design and construction phases.
- building designs; within the scope of the study we will prepare hand sketches, 3d models, visualizations or videos for you. During the design process we will meet several times for consultations where we will conduct a dialogue together and move the design towards its final form.
- Complete documentation for territorial decision, building permit and building implementation according to the building law, including atypical technical details.
- surveying the existing state of the building. According to the building law, it is now the duty of the building owner to own the documentation of their building. It may happen that the record of the building in the real estate register does not correspond to reality. A building passport is a means of legalization. At the same time, it is important background material in case of future building renovation.
- in the case of buildings and interiors we will provide supervision over the implementation process and in the event that unexpected circumstances occur during construction (typical especially for renovations), we will ensure an optimal solution.

- similarly to building studies, within the scope of interior design we will create a concept of the solution together, from initial sketches, visions and material mood boards, dialogues on physical material samples in our atelier, through layout variations to detailed solutions in 3d model and visualizations and joint showroom visits. Following this, we will prepare a detailed basis for the selection of interior contractors/custom furniture (and possibly finishing construction work) and ensure coordination during implementation through supervision.
