How we work

1/ Study

Hand sketches, 3D models, visualisations and video. The design moves forward with you, in consultations.

2/ Project documentation

Complete documentation for the project permit, for construction, for changes to the works before completion and as-built documentation under the Building Act, including atypical technical details.

3/ Building passport

A survey of the existing building. Every owner is now required to hold documentation for their property.

4/ Author supervision

Supervision of construction and interiors — and a solution when the site springs a surprise.
